I have both the MK2 and Mk3 expansion, do I replace 1 or both?

I am pretty sure its on my end, but some textures are missaglined. Some parts that have this are the mk3 docking ports and all the mk3 SRBs and a few others. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that didnt work. If you know what to do please let me know. I have had this issue for a while.
