Since (presumably) Taumoeba do not have the magical ability to contain neutrinos, and without magic all but an extremely small percentage of neutrinos interact with anything at all--they pass through planets with impunity--so they escape Taumoeba cell membrane at (almost) the speed of light without annihilating each other. The energy is still there, of course, but not usable. Entropy in action.
