Interstellar Consortium was designed to fix problems *exactly* like this one! I don't know for sure that it WILL work in this case, but it's certainly worth a shot... just go to https://github.com/Kopernicus/interstellar-consortium/releases/tag/release-1.7.3-2 and download the one at the very top of the list.

sorry for the necropost, but it still works fine even on 1.12 as far as i can tell! the infrastructure for adding planets with kopernicus hasn't really changed all that much since 1.3, so any planet packs from that version number or later should generally work in all later versions of ksp.
