Does this mod work with ksp 1.12.5?

Hiya, I am having an issue with the rover wheel actuating mount, when I try place it with symmetry it seems to place loads of them as if I have an auto clicker on. When I am not using symmetry I able to place them but only as the first part of a build, I can then not place another. Is there are way to fix it as I would love to use it? I am playing with the mods: Kerbal Inventory Systems, Restock, Free IVA, Kerbal Engineer Redux, Stockalike Station Parts and Some near future mods. I also do not have Breaking Ground or Making history. Do any of these cause them to not work?
