What about the already libmpg123-0 (libmpg123.so) linux version present in many distros ?

Because it looks like the Windows libmpg123-0.dll version is a port of this one.

EDIT : Surly must include to do a Windows build and a linux build, as you done with another mod I forgot the name. I can remember it was a problem with the code and the link to the general or version shared library, like libmpg123.so.0 vs libmpg123.so.0.46.7 . It s not clear, but I hope you got it anyways.
