    if anyone else is having a issue trying to get scatter to work with this, open the file SNW_planetsList.cfg (there might be 2 so make sure you open the right one) in notepad and look for the line scattererCelestialBodies. all you need to do is add a @ before it (making it @scattererCelestialBodies) and save the file. it should work right away!
