  1. The wings and, iirc the tail, if they were just ever so slightly smaller, would be able to fit on your engine fairing base and have the fairings and nosecone fairing surrounding it. So it\'d still be on the top of a rocket, but just protected with fairings.
  2. It becomes a game of 'will we survive, if we do, which part will we lose this time round!' which is rather fun One small Critique of it is that it\'d be nice if it were just slightly smaller, just so it\'d fit within your fairings/shrouds.
  3. This is suprisingly remarkable on the Mun, impacted going 700 or so m/s and rather than 'Oh god they\'re gonna blow' it was 'OH god they skipped off the Mun\'s surface and are going round for another orbit.'
  4. I\'m a Video Game Recruiter, working with some of the top companies, despite having no real qualifications of any kind (no seriously), due to both a bad back and not knowing what I wanted to do (former chef)
  5. Anytime I use the stand = explodey, wheres the best place to position the stands?
  6. Also, possibly because of the fairings and the decoupler, especially if you\'ve used time warp, as the fairing and the first/second stage joint tends to bend, You don\'t really need it at full throttle either, 3/4 or even 1/2 works fine and gets a bit more out of your fuel tanks than a full throttle burn does Pretty sure I\'ve run out of fuel at full throttle and it hasn\'t exploded.
  7. I\'ll resize them when i have a spare moment to, I run a 22' TV at 1920x1080, and the screenshots are taken from the game via steam (ostensibly to use Steam to upload) but if people are having such a problem, I\'ll resize them. Also, I like as well about I\'ve got zero comments on the actual ship.
  8. I don\'t reccomend it either, though, in this instance, it worked, as do many other parts (although I only use utility parts rather than fuel tanks or engines etc.) Actually Scratch that, I forgot, I didn\'t actually use the decoupler in this version, I think, I just used them in the test/concept version.
  9. Presenting V1 of my Illustrious OICKM (Orbital Inter Continental Kerbalite Missle) Ready for Launch: Primary Launch Stage Jettisoned (with Radar Confusing Stealth Panels (RCSP): Shedding of the Sub Orbital Stage (with even more RCSP\'s): Semi Intelligent (It is Kerbal guided afterall) Ground Penetrating Semi Guided Warhead moments before impact, Our Brave boys are smiling knowing that they\'re actually on target!: Parts used: [0.4]Silisko Edition Down Under Kubble Telescope.
  10. I\'m getting the same error as Embrel, and mine is definately in the KSP folder.
  11. Hmm, something in the new parts has caused my previously stable rocket to be unstable.
  12. This + Your Lander parts = Most fun I\'ve had, although I used it as an orbital craft/Satelite instead of a lander (till the Mun gets here.) Another successful mission, this time modifying my lander so that it\'s a spacecraft and not a lander. Circular Orbit. Almost! Satelite Deployed Launch Vehicle Eccentricity of 0.004 according to KSPCalc
  13. Sure, http://www.freefilehosting.net/shuttle Though you may have to fiddle with the Shuttle and the Radial Decoupler in the stage bar, as it can sometimes go back to what it was before. Essentially, move the shuttle icon and the radial decoupler icon to the very top. when it detaches from the main fuel tanks, you have a thurster to help guide you, although, unless you turn off SAS and then rotate 180 degrees, it's damn hard to fly in aything but going straight up. You also need the shuttle and SundayPunch's parts from here: http://mod.gib.me/kerbal/mods/ (shuttle is inder Gibbed)
  14. My attempt at a working American style shuttle launcher, yes, I know the shuttle isn't in the right place, but this way it allows you to detach the shuttle and have it stay with you until you get it into a position you want since you arent allowed to assign something as the command module.
