Having issues getting toroidal engines to stay mounted, they tend to fall of on the runway immediately at launch. Anyone have any tips or suggestions?

How did you position the Mk2 fuselage(s) on the StratoLauncher? I\'ve been trying to do something similar for hours!

I took a stab at duplicating this design, but the torodial spike keeps falling off. Did you experience any issues like that? Have any hints or tips?
