I ripped off half the keys on the keyboard. No works

It is a sony Model PCG-7v2l

Windows Vista. Everytime i try uninstalling the drivers. It reinstalls itself every bootup. Theres no way to remove the keyboard.

I'm currently on a Sony laptop thats moderately old (5+ years) while i get my other laptop fixed. This laptop has a tendency to unexpectedly spam 'x'. Im using an USB keyboard but i need to find a way to disable the built in keyboard thats causing the problem. Thanks in advance. [ignore the Reading tag]
