Refueling @ Duna!

Thank you for the great mod! I do have one question (did search, but not able to find something). Is there a dedicated tank for waste only? I notice that I produce more waste than wastewater or carbon dioxide... My supply ships now carry a lot of water/oxygen that my station doesnt need and I can only take a bit of the waste back to Kerbin...

Just had my first 'out of kerbin' docking... Launched my manned ships to Duna and Eve around 100 days after each other... They more or less arrived at the same time, aerobraking at 2 planets can be stressfull! . After that both had to dock with a refueler! Landed on Gilly, Duna and Ike! Now return to Kerbin! It would be my first manned-return mission out of the Kerbin system!

i'm using a couple of mods that are making things more difficult, but will use F9 a lot! .

Still Mun, you can go to Duna with almost the same delta-v! Much more a destination!

Kerbals do not glow in the dark and they are not radioactive?

Thanks, did do it the other way around with EVA reports, did not see the option to do it the other way around. Will try it!

Sorry, did search first but can't find it.... Is it possible to transfer my surface sample from the lander can to my other lander with the heatshield? All science is in the lander without the heatshield.. Thank you!

I'm a bit thinking about what I should do... Next launch window is in 23 days, might start designing a rocket. Would be nice if it was so easy in real life! Edit: Always forget about Ike!! Had a manned vehicle in Duna orbit with plenty of fuel!

Doing my first Duna (and hopefully) return mission... At least with a planned return. Just landed, hope I can launch this thing from Duna, never did it... I do have a refuel station in Duna orbit, so I only have to reach orbit.

Landed on Gilly for the first time! Now have to go back to Kerbin and not run out of food .

If you play with remote tech: Put a reflectron on everything! Learning the hard way now. Love remote tech!

On Minmus I had a heavy crane to transport the different parts of my base (am not too good in precision landings). It worked quite well, but I did add around 10 tons of extra weight so it would not fly into space!

Unfortunately it's not... I do know there is a fix, but I'm not good in editing save files...

Bug fixing (like the d*mn 'can't undock' bug) and more science experiments!

Damn, have the same issue here; the fix looks complicated.... (and have actually also the same question as DeepSpaceDutch!?) Hope I am able to rescue my manned Gilly lander.

It really depends on how much power I need... Sometimes the small solid rocket boosters on the liquid boosters for the first couple of km! I do agree with Ascension Islander. Less is more!

I never really had a problem with going to orbit (3rd launch or something like that), but the first landing on Mun/Minmus! It was a reason to open a beer and celebrate! . Almost deleted KSP because of docking, so frustrated.... Now it is all going fine!

Am still surprised that it was so difficult and now so easy! But my first docking was without maneuver nodes... It is more the rendez vous that is difficult.

My most important lesson of since docking is possible was, do not make unrealistic big rockets.... Sometimes they are wobbling for a reason. And indeed, moar struts!
