I just landed a Rover on Eve and picked a very strong SSTV. Its gone now and i haven't been able to hear it again. Has anyone else experienced this before?

I was on my way back to Kerbin from a interplanetary mission, and when i was aerobraking i saw this on the ground. I have seen it many times before but i never flew to one.
