I put them in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Kerbal Space Program\GameData\kerbtrek\Parts\warp1\<files> Btw it's very much traditional for nacelle engines in KSP to be overpowered http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/showthread.php/712-Vaccers-Small-Pack-Of-Wonders(Nacelles-Junk-and-Repconn)

Squad flags are .png too.

If it worked, and I doubt it would easily, it'd ruin performance massively and I'm not sure how you'd do that for, say, five players. For your setup, you just need teamspeak or similar to talk and can completely get rid of KLF (besides maybe the map orbit info - but the chat and screenshot stuff is silly when you also get everything streamed).

Re the part being unbalanced, I have no problem explaining it to myself as 'dangerous tech' I've lost many ships to it :> But yeah, it's up to the user how much of a helping hand he'd like and for a part like this it simply makes little sense to downscale its power to vanilla balance.

HexCans Standardized Resource Canisters, .20 Ready
Luckz replied to Greys's topic in KSP1 Mod Development
Did that release make all the tanks actually work? The previous version has half of them not working (just not storing any resources). Edit: Ok, they do work now, and they're nicely sorted into categories. Now the only glaring issue is mass/balance - many containers still have a mass of ~2, and the dry mass is also 2. RTGs are all the same weight irrespective of size, the normal oxidizer weighs far more than the large oxidizer, and such things. Basically every part still needs a good look re stat balancing. -
Simple form of multiplayer, some development questions

Your idea of a "day" must be vastly off, silly padawan?! -

Just watching your friends is already somewhat possible with "Passive MP" and otherwise by using third party streaming methods. I'm with "everybody votes for the same timewarp or there's no time warp" for any plugin. Anything else is essentially a major waste of time. Actual sync stuff is way more important than philosophical debate. -
Kethane Pack 0.9.2 - New cinematic trailer! - 1.0 compatibility update
Luckz replied to Majiir's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
The German KSP community page has an updated DLL you can use in the meantime (which per the posts below does not work, so nvm it). Source: http://kerbalspaceprogram.de/mods-und-addons/209-kethane-update/ -
Don't know if I'm in the minority here, but I much prefer direct links (if need be via attachments) than things that require me to wait and most likely launch lots of ads/scripts. Dropbox is insecure as hell but it works well for mod stuff where people getting at your files is no danger but rather the point.

Custom Parachutes by Red Dawn Studio (Update #2)
Luckz replied to Hellfire's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Need to edit the part.cfg for all from name = parachuteSingle_rds to, say, name = parachuteSingle-rds http://kerbalspaceprogram.com/forum/index.php?topic=319.msg11937#msg11937 -
With normal amounts of parachutes I'd go down at 16m/s and either asplode on contact with the ground or at least fall apart.

I spent three hours trying to make it land successfully while recording: http://www.youtube.com/gluecks#p/u/3/YAUXusZ9js0 (Yes, I'm using something rather big attached to them legs. Yes, I am using an ungodly amount of parachutes. Check the emergency tower video on the right for my other attempts to slow it down enough.)

More Dakka! More WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!

Is this still being developed? I'd love a version with renamed parts at least.
