Thanks, that helped. I always try to keep the spent stage within a periapsis of less than 60, which is the highest point of the atmosphere that i read else where in the forum, but after the first pass, the periapsis will increase mysteriously, and it would remain in orbit. Now that's one less thing the crew will have to worry about....

I would like to know how to remove or reduce the debris of space craft in orbit and littering the surface of the planets. It is not a big problem now, but i would not like being hit by a spent stage or something when i am on a mission...

I have tried both the mechjebs with even a tiny stage with just a parachute, a fuel tank, a rcs fuel tank with 4 rcs pods, and it still pitches over to one side(i guess east) and drops to the ocean

I tried to launch again, after taking a look at the help for the ascent autopilot, and the launch ended in a failure once again. I seems as it if mechjeb is not providing any control inputs to correct the flight direction. I added a rcs fuel tank with 4 rcs thruster pods. I attached the mechjeb pod on to of the command pod, with a parachute on top. Is there something i am doing wrong?

Hello everyone. I have been playing KSP for the past week and i quite enjoy it. I was searching for some good addons and downloaded a few. I have been trying to land on the mun, and i once almost made but crashed at the last second, so i checked for some addons which would help, then i came along mechjeb. I have tried to use the autopilot but each time, it would say that it has engaged but the rocket would always fly out of control . Can anyone explain how to properly use it?
