THIS IS AMAZING!!!!!! On the interplanetary shuttle, does the VTOL lander dock after landing.(i.e. deouple of main ship, land on duna, reorbit to intersect main ship, dock and go somwhere else)? also, are the shuttle and interplanetary craft CPU friendly?

I just got the I kethane parts pack and mod because I decided that it looked cool enough, but I have absolutely no Clue how to use it. Could someone post a vid or a very detailed explanation on how to use this mod?

For this challenge please do use the regular KSP loft and drag physics, but what mod do you use? I would like to use it as we'll!

KSP has a space plane hanger for a reason, Right? That reason is to make spaceplanes. Now a lot of kerbal engineershave built planes, but they seem to be vary kerbalish.( explosions, missing parts etc). I talked with a kerbal yesterday and he said ( in a very hard to understand language) that it is impossible to build a spaceplanes without it looking like it it crashed a zillion times before it even rolls out of the hanger. Your challenge is to build a spaceplanes that has a practical purpose, yet looks good and ethical. No, sadly it doesnt work without the mod. I was planning to make a camaera moded version and a vanilla version but after I installed the cameras i cant seem to find them. I belive they are clipping into the wing somewhere. On my next model I will try to fix this issue.

Hi guys this is just my first week playing ksp but I thought I might post a challenge for fun. So her it is, Build some type of aircraft launcher That can move on its own power and be able to launch a aircraft( the aircraft can use it own power to get in to orbit. The launcher just has to propel it into the air) into orbit. The aircraft has to be able to reenter the atmospher and be able to land on it's wheels. RULES!!!!!!!!!!! No modded part parts. Stock parts only. No program like Mechjeb, only the game physics and controls. No decoupling except for when you decouple the plane from the spa plane launcher. Any way have with this challeng and do include some pics or maybe a video and .craft fil Have fun Skylid

I have tried to land on the mun and minimus many time but each time i just seem to not cut horizontel spped and tip/crash. Any Tips?
