I fond that if you have a straight down trajectory to Kerbin, and you time warp as fast as you can, you pretty much just bounce of kerbin again and again...

Also, do you know if the dev's plan to do something like this again? i can tell you it was certainly quite interesting

agreed, I read your posts, far after putting a rapier jet onto LDO. Although it is quite manuverable in Duna atmosphere, it wont slow down past 150m/s without stalling, and I am quite sure youy guys know what happens when you try to land in a valley going 150m/s Thanks for your help, I actually thought that the engines would work on eve. Now i no not to fly a jet there!

Hello all you oldies that were in .17 and back. ( I know what ur thinking , .17? I Thought KSP started at .22!!! ) Anyway, if you remember, there was a big hullabaloo about things on duna. As far as I remember, we had the magic boulder to thank for a lot of this. Also, we had some strange beeping sounds, and when some techy poster mapped the sounds through some program, we got a quite interesting picture, showing 3 kerbal's, duna, ike, and kerbol. with some wird lines and stuff. There was also a lot of other cool easter egg stuff going around and I just wanted to know of anyone even remembers it, and if so, what did the forum find were the results of all this? Thanks!

Nice, I really like your design, as I am trying to make a space plane to Duna. It is meant to be permanent plane for duna, but is was wondering, since you've been there, do the jet engines/rapier engines work? Or does only rocket engines work. Nice work BTW!!

I am running the latest version ( downloaded literally 3 days ago) and I have no other mods running....

Is it just me, or is KER not working? I downloaded, unzipped it, and threw the folder on to the game data file on ksp. But for some reason, I have the parts to put on my ship, but they have no effect. I don't get the pop up menu with all the information on it.... Anyone have a fix?

Hello KSP!, I used to play a lot till the .19 update then they changed the PC requirements and my 8 year old pc went into a coma upon KSP startup. well its been a while now, almost a year, and I now have access to a better laptop, and am going to begin my KSP en devours once again! I was wondering what major things things I should look out for ( I know that there are some major stuff, science,tech tree, career). If you guys have some tips on how I should try to tackle all these new things please let me know! Thanks- Skylid

Thanks guys, ill probably upgrade my RAM due to the fact that my budget is less than 100 dollars. But i have taken a look at some custom built PC's and i was thinking of an MSI GT70 notebook. Its a bit spendy, but should serve the purpose for alll my needs! Again Thanks!

So i have a farley bad computer... Windows vista 2.00 GB ram Radeon 3600 graphics card 2.4 ghz quad processer CPU overall- 6 years old so i can run KSP at min graphics as long as i have smaller space craft, (300 parts or lesser) but i wanted to build large space stations, and bases, so what should i upgrade, my RAM or my Graphics card. And please dont tell me to get a new PC because i sadly do not have the money for one at this point of time(i have not graduated yet:P). Also it would be nice if you guys could give me sime suggestions as to what brand i should upgrade to. thanks Skylid

Ok, i have played for a while, and for some reason I cant ever seem to get a stable 100km by 100km orbit. this is what i do... 1. launch 2.10km do slight gravity turn 3. wait for AP to reach 100km, then cut engines 4.at Ap full power while being parrell to the ground TROUBLE ====== my Pe rises extremley slowly, while my Ap gets an exponentional growth... what ever i do i cant seem to get them to be at least within 1Km of each other... Any help to this would be great!!

I think the devs had talked about re visulizing and tweaking all the spaceplane parts in .17 or something. in my opinion i think that the parts need to re-overhauled. What do you guys think?

agrred, and perhaps you would have to have a satttelite always searching, adding to the fact that you would need to put effort to finding it...

i have tried a bunch, and since i am a pretty bad builder, i just cant seem to get my way to duna eve moho or jool, and the subsequent sattelites... I have a request if somone could point me to a ship with: 3man crew rover(optional) dockable enough fuel to go to jool, and back. 200 parts or less( my pC is 6 years old...) thanks!! sky:D EDIT: on a sided note a 4 man rover that could get to the mun...
