An attitude like that and no charity would ever get anything. My wife is a Psychologist and has worked in the past and still is doing a lot of charity ran volunteering. Places like this rely on help from other people.

At my local dominos, we can pre-pay with card even if it is not open yet. Obviously each branch may be different but I'd guess its a issue rather than a timed unlock so to speak
