Sorry, but some people are purists, which means they don't want any mod parts installed. I once launched a ship with a mod part, and the save ended up losing the ship and left a Kerbal stranded in space and I have to rescue him. So I'm sorry, but no mods can be used in a flight, even if the mod is installed or not.
