<ERROR: WRONG QUESTIONS. FAILED TO ANSWER.> What is your name? What is your quest? What do you think about the server catastrophe in April 2013?

Postcards from Laythe - Cancelled indefinately
Designer225 replied to chobit-389's topic in KSP Fan Works
Wonder if you could try to rebuild using this cache. No, not the download version. http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:UnwqImiKpOQJ:forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/showthread.php/38761-Postcards-from-Laythe-UPDATE-4-6-2013-03-36-Now-with-it-s-own-mobile-site-too!+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us -
Nope, I'm from China but emigrated to California 3 years agp. The user below me had registered before me.

Later, after the solar wind which killed your men I came to take over your hill.

Nice Sal. Welcome back jobsterbark!

Welcome back ROFLCopter64bits. I survived, but for a person who registered in September 2012, it's very close. Hopefully this is a new beginning for all of us. Good luck on your journey toward suscess! -Designer225

Welcome back, and nice look at the picture!

Welcome aboard, and use BOOSTERS! (This is what Jeb would do...)

You stole Scott Manley's words...

Some of you (like me) have survived the April 2013 Internet Forum Catastrophe (as in, your account didn't got deleted, regardless of the loss of threads and posts). I was wondering how could the catastrophe be possible, by hackers, maybe? Or by viruses? This thread is pretty much discussing about the internet catastrophes, like the October 2006 Panda Virus Pandemic (It's an internet catastrophe!), which spread through China's internet, hacking and damaging softwares. The pandemic came to an end in January 2007, when someone named Li Jun and his accomplices were captured and taken to custody. Discuss the internet catastrophes and relate them to now. (Not sure this is the right forum. Should this be in Off-Topic or the Science Lab?) (multiple choice question)

Sorry, I'm gonna refresh the OP so that you have more points. (You've probably did a mission that nets you a lot of points...)

I have actually looked at my list. Tell me your probe's specific data and I'll add it up there.

Due to this server catastrophe (or not) all the data created after October 2012 were lost. I ended up with only 6 threads then the past to start, and with even less posts. I did managed to find the cached version of the Lost Thread (The original Kerborations thread). All the lost memory can be searched and found by Google, but enter the cached version. Here is what Holo said in the last thread: Due to the loss of memory stock dates are reseted to April 19, 2013, but the stock prices remained unchanged. Other than that, the rest are fine. Instead, you gain points. How much you need is determined by the highest requirement you need. For example, let's say you are gonna perform a lunar landing mission on Mun. It requires 150 points because a basic landing takes 50 points and the multiplier for Mun is 3x. But you gain 30 points instead because it does not cost you points (unless you killed your Kerbals), and because a basic landing nets you 20 points and the multiplier is 1.5x. The reward points, however, will cumulates during a mission whenever you are doing something, to make it more fair. To plan the flights, use my spreadsheet to do it. Due to the disasterious server implosion (well, the purge is pretty violent) I lost many threads, including the ones I did for the mission to Duna. But I hoped to rebuilt the them, but due to technical reasons I can't rebuilt the first stage. So here it is: TROY Concept: Mission to Duna. I have to skip PRE-PHASE A and rework on PHASE A. But I might as well merge them. EDIT: Okay, I decided to skip some stuff and move on to the series. A lot of cuts is gonna be significant. Due to the last forum failure I'm not gonna taking any chances. I will use Google Drive to backup my chapters. PREFACE: TROY Concept PROLOGUE 1: VASIMR PROLOGUE 2: Shuttle Test PROLOGUE 3: Test and Change of Plan PROLOGUE 4: Preparation CHAPTER 1: Bon Voyage CHAPTER 2: Duna Transfer ... Of Satellites and HyperEdit Mission Status: Preparing Jebediah: Commander Bill: Second-in-command Bob: Spacecraft Pilot Kelvis: Engineer Sherlorf: Geologist Mallock: Doctor Sidble: Physicist and Astronomer CREDITReaction Engines Ltd. --- Concept EDIT: Need to reboot the mission, but I can't do it unless it have a beginning.

It was never disassembled, or blew up, otherwise Falcon 9 would've been blew up. Besides, when the anomaly happened "Engine out" capability also happened. It was unintended, though. I also heard that the secondary payload was put into an unstable orbit and was burned in the atmosphere 4 days into Dragon's flight. Anyway, NASA and SpaceX have formed a CRS-1 post-flight investigation board soon after the anomaly. Also, the secondary payload is Orbcomm-G2. For more information please visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Falcon_9.

I think NASA does not have a ASAS module.

In responce to my challenge, Jeb decided to make something that will help everyone in the challenge. So Jeb use the scraps to design the parts for Moonbase Alpha Challenge. So... He design 5 life support modules, an equipment shed, a solar generator, some power cables (Or call it the Oxygen Cable because in NASA's Moonbase Alpha, which is a game, the power cable can transfer power and oxygen.), some couplers (also transfer oxygen and power), solar panels, some rovers, a command central, 4 settlement modules, some Orion Command Modules and Service Modules, and finally, the Atlair Lunar Module. He also designed some scenarios to hang the control of the settlement. Anyway, the projects are: (Words in red means it is in development; yellow means it is avaliable for download, but partially implemented; green means it is fully implemented and avaliable for download; blue means it will start the on the day the version is released. Remember, all project is subjected to be upgraded, the time would be changed, and I have no obligation to implemented all, except the important items.) 1.Moonbase Alpha Project (0% - In progress) 2.Constellation Project (0% - On hold) 3.Space Shuttle Program (STS) (will start the day v0.18 is released) 4.International Space Station (ISS) (After Space Shuttle Program is done) 5.Mir Station (After Space Shuttle Program is done) 6.Hubble Space Telescope (Will start the day v0.18 is released) 7.Canadarm (Will start the day v0.18 is released) 8.SpaceX Dragon spacecraft and Falcon 9 (The last one will start the day v0.20 is released, the first one's times TBA) And here's the update: Moonbase Alpha Project Progress: Part configuration: 18.75% --- In Progress Module configuration: 0% Texturing: 0% Plugin: 0% Testing: 0% Total Complete: 0% Constellation Project Progress: Part configuration: 0% --- On Hold Module configuration: 0% Texturing: 0% Plugin: 0% Testing: 0% Total Complete: 0% Also keep in mind that I don't always complete the priority on time. Also, I might need some help. I need someone to build the module for me and texture it because I will do Part configuration and testing and changes (part configuration is no party after all!) So... I need some one who... 1. can build the module 2. texture it 3. Plugin building Also keep in mind that you have to have one requirement to send a resume. Post to this thread if you want a job, or e-mail me. Address: designer2553@gmail.com (Don't be weird, it works) And that's it. I'll keep you posted!
