1. They will probably be included in the career mode at least... Well, I suppose. Anyway, I'm having a blast with IsaMapsat. Makes satellites/probes actually worthwhile! Eventually, I plan to build an automated rover to explore Duna. For Science!
2. Good job! Did you use any mods to do that?
3. Jebediah is so far the first Kerbal on Mun and Minmus, and the only Kerbal to have visited Mun twice so far. He's the spearhead of my space programe! You know everything is fine as long as he's smiling. His courage and dedication are an inspiration to kerbal kind! Jebediah Kerman, we salute you!
4. Those are pretty funny! =)
5. That. Is. Amazing. Your idea to send a recovery mission is brilliant! This must be the best way to come back from Duna until they implement auxiliary crafts and rendez-vous. Thanks for the inspiration!
6. What this guy said, pretty much. It should probably be a little colder, with more ice, but it's still somewhat likely that such a moon could exist. Although, I didn't know Satan had moons! Sure, I knew about Saturn, but the Devil? Nope!
7. Tell your parents it's an educational game that will make you become a rocket scientist. Seriously. A colleague of mine bought the game for his 12 years old son, and the kid is having a blast & learning a lot of stuff. There is no age for fun and for learning about science!
8. Thanks for the welcome! I'm sure I'll enjoy talking about Kerbals with you guys. And I officially had my first Kerbal come back alive from Mun! Yay!
9. Hello everyone! I discovered the game last week after a colleague showed it to me, and I fell in love with it! It's simply amazing, and it manages to make orbital mechanics look really cool! I'm a Ph.D. student in astrophysics, so maybe I am biased a little. However, I can tell you this little game made the last few days much more bearable than they would have been otherwise! You see, I'm currently in Hawaii to do some observations for my thesis, but the weather has been absolutely horrible. Instead of rolling my thumbs, I used those long hours to send Kerbals to Mun instead! And I can't wait to explore the rest of the system! This fall, I'm one of the teaching assistant for the Classical Mechanics class at my university. I'm seriously considering giving them the challenge to get to the moon an back with the demo. That way they'll get a much more intuitive grasp of the notions we're trying to teach them! My thanks to the makers of this little gem, I hope you will have much success with it!
