  1. Try showing us the source, I\'ll see if I can spot anything.
  2. Don\'t edit your persistence.sfs with WordPad, or Microsoft word, or anything similar. use notepad or notepad++. Also, moving the launchpad is probably impossible, but it is possible to move the entire ship to another place, it seems.
  3. Congratulations. Next time... please add a little content. I tried going to the moon with the little engines, but underestimated my delta-v greatly, and ended up in a very weird orbit...
  4. How many ships and debris are on the test server? I\'m wondering what the game accepts as acceptable limits.
  5. Great, another mission! Just to note, my name isn\'t on the list anymore, please may you re-add it? Thanks!
  6. Acceleration is reduced because the faster you go, the bigger speed difference between you and the surrounding air, and thus more drag. Despite the thinning air, you\'ll be going so quickly that the air around you effectively turns into a sludge. It\'s why it\'s much easier to move your arm slowly through water, instead of as quickly as you can, and the same reason the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport, despite having 200 more bhp than the default Bugatti Veyron, can only manage around about 20 km/h more.
  7. Hmm, maybe this shaking also caused the infamous terrain tile misalignment...
  8. What\'s so terrible about it? The code, not the actual arm - I can see the arm is untextured. EDIT: Please snip images from your quotes, we don\'t need to see it again.
  9. From looking at the source, I\'d try putting this in the part.cfg file: driveStrength = 0.02F but increase the '0.02F'.
  10. I agree completely. It\'s a bit hard to test it and work out bugs without assets, and the order doesn\'t matter much since this doesn\'t exactly sound impossible.
  11. Try deleting your save file, or renaming it.
  12. I once did this ages ago using C7, when I got the infinite-glide bug.
  13. Ok, really? You are kidding me... A triple post. Editing bumps. Edit older posts.
  14. You don\'t know that... I mean, on Shader Model 2, the ocean does glow a greenish colour...
  15. This is pretty much impossible unless you manage to find out functions in plugin code to create new planets, and I doubt that is possible.
  16. Never gonna give you up, never gonna let you down... But yeah, I\'m interested in how this may turn out.
  17. Thanks, I just need access to my proper computer now! Expect a release... Eventually. =P
  18. Well yes, HarvesteR himself confirmed that before the official release of 0.14, I believe. It\'s why craft are saved with an 'altitude from ground' value now, since HarvesteR found that the terrain was much less accurate and this is also what seems to cause the tile seams. The bug was fixed for 0.14, and the other non-active ships exploding was another bug fixed in 0.14.1.
  19. I\'ll probably create a plugin to do this with a gui box for full customizability, with permission from the author, of course.
  20. Damn, I love ASAS. Ever since it was added I\'ve never used the normal SAS! though I do need the strut a lot of my ships up otherwise any radial stacks decide they want to... well... forcibly detach prematurely. I guess a lot of how the ASAS works is dependent on individual ship design. That\'s just epic. What happens is you attach a hinged, moving part to another hinged part? Hinge-ception?
  21. That\'s a bit late... look at the dates above.
  22. Oh god, please do not use such tiny text sizes - it\'s just really, really annoying.
  23. That\'s easy... as long as you are a reasonable distance away, just activate this and thrust.
  24. This\'ll make rendezvous so much easier! I hope you\'ll add and expand to this. I\'m glad to see it\'s using the GPL license. Hopefully more and more of the community will make plugins due to the amount to learn from. I\'ll be sure to try some module coding, eventually!
