I just reinstalled KAS; this time with version 0.5.1, instead of 0.5.0. I'm still having the same issue. Ksp will get stuck loading at "KAS/Parts/cPort1/part/KAS_CPort1".

I've got an abundance of RAM. - - - Updated - - - I'm using the one from this thread and i'm still having the issue. I will attempt a reinstall of KAS.

I'm having the same exact issue. I'm not using ATM, I feel like it scales down all of my textures and makes them muddy.

Does anyone else have this issue? The Icons and map previews are little black squares. I feel like it has something to do with ATM.

Maybe someone should spread this information to some of the modders. If they don't know about it already, that is.

As long as they are not overpowered compared to the stock parts. For example, if you had a fuel tank mod. The fuel to weight ratio should be the same, or under the current parts. As for plug-in based parts like KAS, If you think that they are fun or "Should be a default thing" then use them. Mods that I recommend are B9 aerospace pack(The one you mentioned obviously) , Kerbal attachment system, Kerbal Crew Manifest, and Kethane(The mod hasn't been officially updated for 0.20, but you can find some forum users that have put together a decent patch for now.).

I hate to burst your bubble, but career mode wont be he for several updates. As for resources, We have no idea.

Maybe it's just more realistic not to be able to vaporise an existing flight. Maybe it's a consequence of having to look at that kerbal that you stranded every time you open the tracking station.

Anything that steps in the direction of Career mod I like, My worry is that in blog posts before the forum crash they said that they were releasing smaller update in order to reduce the time between updates. I'm not complaining, but it would be nice to see more progress as it is being done.

Too be fair, KSP scale is made smaller to make the game easier, IE There should be no need for an auto pilot.You can't really make an argument about realism when the game is made unrealistic in order to be easier to begin with. Harvester himself doesn't like the plug-in, or at least doesn't want it in the final product.

Those SABRE engines are a bit overpowered. Not to say that they aren't nice advancement IRL, But a single Rockomax tank and the largest SABRE engine gets me into orbit and then some. Other than that I really love this mod.

I'm not sure that program is up to date with 0.20 As for the kethane question. I'm sure it would work for those who don't have kethane, but there is only one way to find out and that is to try it.

I was just saying that I don't like putting them up manually, I was curious if it was possible to have a program generate a semi sporadic "Asteroid belt" by editing the saves's persist file and using an algorithm for orbital adjustments..

It's cool that that still works, but i was looking for something a little more autonomous to place my asteroids.
