  1. I've been working in just one science save since April 2016.
  2. Doh, I voted wrong, should have been 1000+ tons. I was looking at my single-launch space stations and forgot about my miner - Boston 07 is 6,434 tons (plus a couple booster engine clusters make it 6,562 on the pad), and about 1,400 tons after making orbit.
  3. This is a Rusty Spacedock my kerbals sent to Duna: There's more pics from the mission in the album here - https://imgur.com/a/8UhoEji
  4. My save was started in 2016 and I'm on year 10 with 51 flights in progress. I used to have some visual mods; currently just KER / KAS. Some historical file sizes: Persistent - 4/20/2020 - 21MB Quicksave 6 - 1/16/2020 - 18MB Quicksave 4 - 6/9/2019 - 15MB Quicksave 1 - 5/19/2018 - 9MB Persistent from backup 4 - 4/26/2018 - 9MB
  5. Still tweaking and trying new things, but here's my spaceplane Courier:

    Nobody cares

Earlier this year I ditched Verizon and got an ZTE Valet (Android) Tracfone. Aside from a crappy camera, it does everything the Droid Razr did and saves me $70/mo. Also, my dogs breath smells like dog food.
  7. I still play my original sandbox save from .18.4. Currently it's on .23.5 until a couple mods gets updated (Interstellar please!). The only tweaks I've had to do while upgrading so far were when the landing legs got updated (the first time), when science was introduced, and when asteroids were introduced. If anything I've lost a few ship files from losing the parts for them or something, but I believe everything in-game has been fine.
  8. Yea aside from some body parts it's the same as the Mustang. Technically it's 'fox chassis' but everybody calls 'em fox body's. There's a mod on foureyedpride.com called foxchassis who has that as a pet peeve.
  9. I picked up this '85 Mercury Capri as a tweak-while-I-drive-it toy, but that was 2yrs ago an it's still not really done, though it is registered. It's got a 5.0L / 5spd, and with a little work is so far down to 3080 lbs.
  10. Not that I can find, but it'd be great if you could!
  11. There's some lefties at work; I only use my left hand for the mouse when helping them. I can actually move it around pretty well; it's the buttons that get me some times.
  12. Ad scientiam! (For science!)
  13. The whole idea is to land with a chute, so nope.
  14. Thanks Northstar. Yea the base was the target; Jeb landed 1.8km away. Watching the video again, I started walking Jeb down the ladder above 24km, but didn't technically break contact until 22km.
  15. Here's my submission for a little skydiving on Duna.
  16. Thanks Northstar. I used Fraps to record the video. The music is from Machinimasound: https://www.youtube.com/user/MachinimaSound/videos There's a few patches for B9 rolled into one here: http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/66020-B9-0-23-fixes
  17. I made a shuttle called KSS Benign out of B9 Aerospace parts. Took the easy way I guess and sandwiched it between two liquid fuel boosters. Launched it into a temporary 84km x 79km orbit, then into a 200km x 200km orbit at the Mun. Dropped off a 1.97 ton comms satellite there. Then landed it back at the KSC runway at dawn.
  18. You can get some faster RAM for the same price - http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f314900cl9d8gbxl I'd get a 550 to 600W power supply. More won't hurt, but over 600 would definitely be overkill.
  19. Last Friday night I watched The_lolbster on Twitch launch into orbit around Kerbin, then go to Duna and land. He has other videos of going to the Mun and Minmus. No liquid fuel, no RCS, just solid fuel boosters and sepratrons. The launch ran at 1fps and took 30 minutes!
  20. Can you do pointy fingers and air quotes at the same time or would you need a mod for that? I was mostly stock too until recently when I decided I wanted a shuttle and some beautification mods an stuff. Then the gamedata folder got pretty big.
  21. Got video up of the kerbals making a fuel station on their pet rock. It's amazing what a little ~750Mbit connection from work can do to help upload content.
  22. Today I filmed the kerbals building a little fuel station. Processing the video now.
  23. For that time when you're ready to move beyond the Kerbin system...
