This is just a opinion. To me, modding is not cheating. Some consider mechJeb as cheating, because auto-land, auto-dock, and that stuff. But it is just a opinion. Cause you still must build and fly your own stuff.

A structural pylon has a impact tolerance of 999, but it really breaks off easily.

I have the same processor and I didn't know that you have 3.8 ghz turbo. Now I finally understand why it is sometimes 3.8 ghz.

Exacly what I had a few days ago! My first landing on Duna, turned off engines, did stuff with my kerbal, and got in the capsule, so I thought "Oh staging reset". Capsule and debris, sigh.
