    The first sentence means: "The dream is compelling: build your own rocket and explore space with it."

    After that, the article states, that the game provides the tools for starting satellites, space stations, refuelling stations and to do missions to the moon and other planets in a fictive solar system.

    And at the right it has something about a pioneer spirit, that the game transports (?) and that one may learn about Newtonian physics and orbits and that a moon landing "is a leap for kerbalkind" or some thing like that.

    I do not speak dutch, but as a german I get the sense of the text quite well, I think.

    I made the translation. You were pretty accurate, but if I translate german I suck at it :P

    The first Simcity wat totaly awsome.

    This Simcity has got 1 improvement: You can build traffic roundabouts.

    And now the dark side:

    -Always online

    -Takes a good computer to play with.

    Dear Squad, I want you to add more rocket boosters so that we can smash cars which a kerbal is flying directly into Jool. Also I like to shoot kerbals into the Kraken's maw. You should bring love to Kerbin through donuts shaped like Kerbals. This won't add chaos to the game revenue because donuts are tasty and bacon is evil. This pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis will affect Eeloo in landings because Jeb cannot sleep without rockets falling apart almost every millisecond. So multiplayer can kick Bill's kerbehind out the planet's atmosphere. Besides, Bill gets extreme G-force when jeb flies on SRBs. Donkey's lick explosive liquid Kolas when they invade Kerbin with cake and flavored octopus. I eat SANVICH when I play my game on Macindownux. That's
