Agreed, I sometimes have small issues with stuff wobbling around when spawning and I'm only talking about titchy launch platforms... Though so far in 1.1 I haven't made anything particularly sizey (yet), but yeah, if things are wobbling around to the point of spontaneous self destruction, that's something that warrants a fix in my opinion (though I definitely believe than 1.1 is a truly great update ) -
Hi everyone, Super impressed by the new 1.1 update, truly hats off to you guys and your effort into making a fantastic update. However I have one little minor 'maybe it's just me' kind of problem that is very slightly bugging me, that is the max limit of characters in the craft descriptions, I don't mean to be negative about the whole thing and like I said it's probably just me, but I keep finding I'm out of characters before I've done a craft any justice with a decent description (though maybe, I need to keep my descriptions more concise and stop waffling who knows... Though normally I put mission goals, maybe some specifications (what the craft can do etc). Again, probably just me... I'm perfectly okay with the subassembly limit, since the description has to fit in the subassembly window, but for crafts I always seem to find myself hard pressed on the number of available characters... I've given it a bit of a break but here's my River Class Offshore Patrol Vessel, its still heavily a WIP, It's currently unarmed however I'd love to put in a stock weapon system such as my stock, vertically launched CMRMM (Common Multi-Role Modular Missile), which I designed based on the CAMM and maybe even my stock RGM-84 Harpoon. I did manage to get it floating but then I decided to test its armour and blew hole in it with several of my stock MM38 Exocet Anti-Ship Missiles. (If anyone would like any of the .craft files for my stock weapon subassemblies then I might post a thread containing them all. The river class at present has 2 of the basic jet engines which gives a maximum speed of 7 m/s in the water, so not as fast as I'd like either. Of course a gigantic imgur album to go with it. Hi Guys, I finally managed my first 100% stock long range interplanetary craft. I present to you: Deep Space I Specifications: Liquid Fuel: 9387 Oxidiser: 11473 Solid Fuel: 16 (For Crew escape system) Electric Charge: 36980 MonoPropellant: 780 Main Propulsion: 8x LV-N Atomic Rocket Motors Escape Craft Propulsion: 2x Seperatrons (Initial Boost) and 2x Rockomax 48-7S Crew Capacity: 7 Part Count: 239 (512 with Delta IX Launcher) Delta-V: From Guesstimating roughly 4,000m/s (-ish) (I managed to return to Kerbin with around 5500 units of liquid fuel remaining). And of course a whopping great imgur album to go with it. For my first mission is simply planned to reach Duna, nothing really that special, just to test how easy and how much fuel I would have left to spare from just getting to Duna and getting back. Once I got to Duna I would plan to aerobrake in its atmosphere and bring myself to a circular orbit 1,000km above the surface on an orbit with next to no inclination. The aerobraking didn't go too well, as afterwards, if it hadn't been for a 500m/s burn I would've just flown straight past Duna, which would've been a bit of a disappointment. Once around Duna, I decided to have a little mess around with the Kerbals and their expressions and the capsule windows (see album for details). Then after a few hours in orbit I decided to get back home. I had originally planned to aerobrake (if necessary) around Kerbin and bring myself into orbit, then I would launch another few rockets to bring the Kerbals back and refuel Deep Space I without launching a new one. Essentially making the spacecraft reusable in some respect. But the Mun decided it would thwart my plans and use its gravity to mess my trajectory up so in the end I just ejected the crew escape module and let the rest of the Deep Space I spacecraft fall to its death. Even if the crew module is ejected, Deep Space I has a large probe core to allow unmanned operations. I put your hill on some stilts then hire Chuck Norris to round house kick the hill into the sun. I then build a new hill which I claim as mine. My hill with a Single Round House Kick to the sun

A confused slug comes along and eats salad fingers and just like the hungry caterpillar eats the hill as well. I then ask everyone to simultaneously divide by 0 and they explode spontaneously into hill building materials, which I claim. My claimed hill indirectly constructed by everyone

Hi Everyone, just thought I'd post my answer to all your LKO debris problems! (If curse get's its act together) Presenting: The Golden Retriever An able spacecraft capable of grabbing, redirecting and deorbiting bits of countless debris that cloud LKO - I even found some decoupled stages with tonnes of fuel still left in them, one had all of its fuel.
