  1. the closer you are to the north pole the faster does your camera/navbal rotates. So that helps
  2. the only reason I've put those front tanks is to push the center of mass forwards. The thing is this moment where the plane looses controll the fuel is still pretty much full. It's 128/150 in each of those tanks. I'm now going to remove the ladder, and test it when I have time Thanks for the help.
  3. Thanks for your feedback. I added a few pictures, they may help. It yaws first and then starts pitching. It's almost as if I had an assymetrical flame-out, but it's slower.
  4. Hello. I've been working on my airplane, the Stratoship. It's well balanced, the center of mass is behind the center of lift. 99% symetrical, with the exception of the crew ladder. But everytime I fly it in the stratosphere at roughly 1300 m/s it starts turning to the left even with SAS on and eventually loses control It's not a flame out, neither an unbalanced empty fuel tank. I've got no idea what it is, but at a certain stage it ALLWAYS does this EDIT: Forgot to mention, the ladder is to the right. Here are 2 pictures of the airplane. http://imgur.com/a/aiTJ5 Here's the craft http://www./?8qppufs254kiqa5 Thanks.
  5. I did. But there's a problem. It doesn't have the whole ship. It only loads 170 parts. I installed it correctly...
  6. HOLY ****! That is really impressive! I'm trying it now. RIP framerate Edit: It doesn't even load the craft I've played with vessels with more parts then this and worked...
  7. I heard it's possible to slow down time to have better framerates. How do you do it? Thanks!
  8. Hello! I'm portuguese too. Where city/district do you live in? Nice to know I'm not the only person in this country playing this game!
  9. I agree, by 2 red tanks I mean the mainsail, which is the engine normally used in heavy lifters. The main point of my coment was to mention that there is a point of special equilibrium in each rocket between low fuel, and too much weight.
  10. You need to find a balance between the weight and and the thrust. If you put too much weight it will have more fuel, but it won't be worth it because it's too much weight on the engines. I find that 2 red tanks and a 1/4 of the red tank is the ideal size, and then put 5 of these in a rocket, it can take a rather big payload to orbit. Enough to go to Duna and back
  11. Hello. Please read the whole text before replying My username is Turbojohn. I got introduced to this awesome game by KurtJmac a long time ago (in version .13 or something like that) But when I was going to buy the game I noticed that it could only be purchased via Paypal, and I had, and still don't, have access to that possibility. I played the demo, but I saw videos on youtube that teased me what I was loosing, so I pirated the game. I felt horrible doing so, I don't like pirating games, much less a indie. So I promised that I would eventually buy the game. When it came on steam, I finally bought it. I want to apologize the developers, I do not support piracy, but I pirated, and I felt bad about it. Please do not ban me from the forums, I wanted to get this off my chest, and I would feel like an idiot for being banned just because I made an apology. (It would have been avoided if I didn't make this thread I'm very happy to finally join the community. And help the devs of this amazing game. Now I can play the game fairly well, I visited all the celestial bodies and returned from most of them (damn Eve and Eeloo) But now I deleted my old save, and started a new one. Because my old save was from when the game was pirated and I want to play it from a clean perspective. I therefore ask Jebediah for forgiveness.
