This is my very first rocket I made the day I got this game. Inspired by Final Fantasy 7 and did my first Mun landing with it. Automated rovers. And here my manned rovers, exept of one that is part of my Apollo style rocket. Hmm, speaking of witch. "The eagle has landed." My first SSTO in orbit around Kerbin. And my second SSTO the "Ocean Spirit" landed on the Mun. And my newest addition fresh from the shipyard, the Stargate F-302 and now officially my third SSTO.

Long time ago I created my firt SSTO and had some fun with it on missions to the Mun and back. Unfortunately it won`t get get much further to any other planet. If I could reach the nearest one than there is no return. So I decided to design a new one with at least one nuclearengine for much more fuelefficient travels. After several houres I came up with this nice spaceplane. Now all what is left are the testfights to find the flaws in my design and make the tiny adjustmends. Actually nothing realing an usual to me than, that was what I thought. So lets check all systems and get it going. What a surprise it is flying realy good despite it is not tuned right now. Let see how fare she gets. Afer climbing higher and higher through the atmosphere it is time to start the rockets. Yaeh! It got into orbit with quite a bunch of fuel left, especially compared to my first SSTO. So after simply reaching a 300 km to 300 km Orbit it is time to land this nice new spaceplane back at KSC. Lets get down. Uh, coming in a bit hot. To this point everything went quite smooth, but as I got in the thicker layer of the atmosphere my luck was gone. The SSTO got out of control and started spinning around wildly. I tried as hard as I could to get it back under control but at nearly 1 km over the ocean the was nothing left but to abort. As the cockpit was gliding down to safety I watched the mainpart going left and right up and down still tumbling around. And than it did come directly towards me. NNOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! *splash* OMG I am still alife, you are kidding me aren`t you? The mainpart just missed me with only millimeters and kind of "landed" in the water. Hey, it seems she swimmes much better than she is flying. OK I take this as an omen, so from now on she shall be known as "Ocean Spirit". Today she is well fitted and nearly perfect balanced, got her to the Mun right now as well. So Duna Im coming for you.

A very nice design indeed. Well done. I had the same feelings after I testet my first SSTO Deltawing.

Hi fellow kerbalnauts, I am playing KSP since 0.18 very close to 0.19 update. It makes realy much fun to play ans send the Kerbals in to Space and back. Looking forward to the continuing progress oft the game.
