KSP Version: v0.1.1.0 Operating System and version: Windows 10 CPU and GPU models: i9-10900K and RTX 3090 along with 32GB of RAM Description of the bug. Expected Behavior: Solar panels on vessel landed on the surface of Laythe should generate electricity when sun is overhead. Observed Behavior: It appears that while Laythe is under me, it is blocking the sky above me. Steps to Replicate: Land something on Laythe's landmass, around 5 meters above sea level. I suspect it has something to do with my vessel creating a 'splash' as it descended onto land. Fixes / Workarounds (if known..): Presumably land somewhere higher up but I can't test this. A list of ALL mods.: None Other Notes / Screenshots / Log Files (if possible..):

KSP Version: v0.1.1.0 and v0.1 Operating System and version: Windows 10 CPU and GPU models: i9-10900K and RTX 3090 along with 32GB of RAM Description of the bug. Expected Behavior: Rockets should have no issues reaching past a given altitude kilometer given appropriate build quality. Observed Behavior: There appears to be something akin to an invisible wall at given altitudes kilometer above the launchpad. Steps to Replicate: supposedly, launch any vessel. Fixes / Workarounds (if known..): Inconsistent, in v0.1.1.0 flying an aircraft appears to have temporarily fixed it, though a similar kraken attack killed the aircraft at around 300 meters. A list of ALL mods.: None Other Notes / Screenshots / Log Files (if possible..): v0.1: v0.1.1.0:

Expected Behavior: Hotkey G should not control another vessel's landing legs Observed Behavior: Hotkey G and the Extend Gear Button on the GUI will extend the legs of a vessel from a drone deployed from said vessel Steps to Replicate: Land a vessel with landing legs, and decouple a drone off it, then attempt to use G while focused on the drone Fixes / Workarounds (if known..): Saving and loading will fix the issue A list of ALL mods.: None Other Notes / Screenshots / Log Files (if possible..): Video of bug in action: https://youtu.be/h1WF9ZLzdjs

Singularity Research Initiative - dev thread

I wonder, can this mod have parts intigrated for KSP Interstellar? Like, radiators that fit within this art style and such. It'd be absolutely epic! -

I've made a plane using only rotatrons to steer, pod torque and thrust vectoring are turned off. This flies better than most of my planes to be honest. -
http://imgur.com/gallery/rxQMb Novapunch also makes for very good low-tech planes.

I used the same vessel to research all of Kerbin, adding more science parts as they are unlocked. Still need to find the Badlands though.

Cant “find Duna?

Or you could build overpowered rockets and just burn for it like me. Just get them into solar orbit and find a maneuver node that works. -
Mining for fuel - How to?

ahem, first result. -
Not really sad or angry, more suprised and slightly baffled. The user below me worships the flying spaghetti monster.

Postcards from Laythe - Cancelled indefinately
daveboy2000 replied to chobit-389's topic in KSP Fan Works
Perhaps we could just use mibbit or something and paste it on the website and link it to the current IRC channel. Not very elegant but it has a better layout than this I guess. -
I think that is smoke from a factory.

Postcards from Laythe - Cancelled indefinately
daveboy2000 replied to chobit-389's topic in KSP Fan Works
Actually, IRC is 80s, but it is simple-ish enough. Flags are the only confusing thing and as normal person inside the chat, you don't have to worry about that. Plus all the important commands can be found on the website if you're too lazy to use a help command. -

Well, if chobit comes into the channel and has a nickname registered, he/she will get full editor rights from me. -
Postcards from Laythe - Cancelled indefinately
daveboy2000 replied to chobit-389's topic in KSP Fan Works
I registered a channel on Esper.Net, an IRC provider. Totally free thankfully. One can access the channel by joining #PfL on their website at esper.net That place can hopefully act a bit as an offtopic chat. -
[1.3.1] Ferram Aerospace Research: v0.15.9.1 "Liepmann" 4/2/18
daveboy2000 replied to ferram4's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Use fairings. Did you ever see a rocket go up with rovers sticking out? It makes the entire thing unstable. I recommend either making a fairing in The Fairing Factory web-app, or to get KW rocketry and use their standarized fairings.- 14,073 replies

And if neccessary, plot-twist alien supermagnet in Laythes core. That and mini-kraken in the ocean.
