I can't wait for this update. I'm terrible at building spaceplanes that are SSTO and whenever I succeed they usually look like crap because it's a giant sheet with some engines attached. Hoping the new, sleeker parts will allow me to build some attractive ones. And yes... there will be bombers aplenty. Muahahaha.

Anyone doing screengrabs? I'd love to see how the stock interpetation of the new spaceplane parts look. I don't think they've all been revealed yet. I'm also curious as to what rocket the streamer used that failed to make Duna.

I like the idea of a more difficult Career mode. I was already excited by them adding more user friendly difficulty toggles into the game instead of us having to turn on perma death and what not through the persistance file. Is it exclusive to Duna though?

For those of us stuck at work or otherwise unable to watch the stream... running commentary please?

I've never attempted a docking on the surface like this. I think Minmus would be the place to do it because of the very low gravity making it a bit easier. Impressive.

I run full graphics and can manage up to about 800 parts in space before it gets annoying. I have flown something with 986 parts called "The Jellyfish" from launch that my brother came up with. Amazingly it works but at that point I'm doing something like 2-4 fps. At launch my comfort limit seems to be about 500 parts.
