It's from the Kerbal Engineer Redux plugin. The part doesn't have any weight, thrust etc, so it doesn't change the behavior of your ship in any way - simply gives you statistics about your rocket, staging, orbit etc. I also have a reddit thread for the video. An upvote for visibility would be appreciated

Beware the fuel-to-weight ratio though. If I remember correctly, it is even worse for the donut tanks than for the Oscar-B ones...

I like your design mate. Very clean. I think you might be better off with fewer engines though. As you said in the video, the small engines are quite powerful, and you end up having to throttle them down to avoid wasting fuel against the air resistance. If you are not using all the thrust then basically you are carrying dead weight. Try removing 2 of the outer engines and see how high your craft gets then
