  1. I still remember it asking me at the beginning whether I wanted timed builds or not, or something similar. I did also start the career mode before installing kerbal alarm system. I mention that because I just tried starting a new campaign, and the only prompt I got was whether kerbal alarm system should pause or just message. Also bill is level 0.
  2. I'm having trouble getting this mod to work and I can't figure out why. Every avenue I've pursued to self troubleshoot it has led to dead ends. I have the proper amount of rocket parts I need in orbit, as well as fuel and monopropellent. I have the construction workshop and launchpad. And I have the main 3 kerbals, Jeb, Bill, and Bob manning it (I know only one is an engineer and it drastically reduces the work speed but that's not the problem I'm having). I set up the launchpad to build, it goes to 0.369231% done and just stops. It can't be tore-down either if I cancel the build. Its just stuck there. I'm not sure if I have persistence build on or off. When I went to go check the save file like Taniwha suggested to someone else, I couldn't find TimeBuild under the ExSettings. So I couldn't set it to true. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?
  3. Nanolathing? When did we get back into Total Annihilation? (Supreme Commander, or Planetary Annihilation for those late gamers)
  4. I have a mission to set up a moon base on Minnmus. I can't properly set up a drilling base without piping resources with kerbal attachment system. Hope it gets finished soon.
  5. So I started up a new campaign due to a hard drive failure an am now presented with the new release of KSP including imminet asteroids. Being that I want to be as efficient as possible I'm tracking every asteroid I find and planning to divert the ones that will impact... my question is this.... JUST HOW MANY ASTEROIDS ARE THERE GONNA BE?! Right now I've found over 3 dozen in the last five minutes! 3 of which will impact, two of which have Kerbin exit trajectories but no entrance trajectory. And the rest are just fly by's or none effected by kerbin. But every time I go back to check my tracking station, 3 more question marks appear! This is madness! Will there be an end to the amount of asteroids that appear because I want to do more then dodge giant space rocks! PS: In the time it took me to write this post? 6 more appeared! GO AWAY YOU GIANT SPACE ROCKS
  6. Note: This is with version .22 of the game, campaign mode has been added and all other features too. I know this is kind of dredging up this old thread but I just wanted to make this note in case anyone else runs into the same problem. So I've been playing a lot lately and had no problem with losing my crew mates Jeb Bob and Bill, until just last night when Jeb was added to the wall of MIA after a failed landing attempt on Duna. I was stunned, that had never happened before and refreshing the game didn't seem to fix it either. Long story short if you want to bring back a Kerb this is how you do it. You will need a compiler called Notepad++ (but it may work with normal notepad, the script just has to be readable and editable). At the bottom of the Persistent.sfs file you would find a list of your crew mates and available recruits. If any of your crew has a 'State' equal to '3' that means they are listed as MIA. Changing the state to 0 will return them from the dead!
