I'm seeing the same in my game too, not sure if it's related to this mod though. I've tried installing different combinations of mods in different orders, and it seems to happen every time the part count gets to high, related to the part UI flickering issue here:

I'm having the same problem, particularly with the toolbar disappearing. Other parts of the interface flickers between blank and displaying correctly as well. I've spent the evening uninstalling and re-installing mods in different orders and combinations and it doesn't seem to be any specific mod causing it, seems to occur every time the parts count gets too high.
