If you mean Macey Deans Vanguard. It never actually got a test. The only hits it took were from a shade class fighter with weak torpedoes. Then it got rammed. So the question is just how strong is its armor
On another note here is the new Salvation MKII she has far more parts than the MKI (396 total) but her armor and weapons make up for it. She is armed to the teeth with 8 .5 meter separator missiles and two mini judgement guided missiles May all who stand with her find victory
As it turns out I actually have a little bit of time so I can do a small scale battle but it will have to end on Sunday. any takers? however if my family comes down for the weekend on saturday I will have to end the match
I just tested my theory and I was right. Hitting the backside square on is a one hit kill due to the fact the the original core is destroyed. Pics later
the question is where is the original core? I remember getting a hit one time and it stated that that there was no target (indicating a kill) After that the main ship was designated a lander sense the rules state it must be the original core for it be considered alive that should count as a one hit kill Even so if the engines are taken out that should at least disable it, rendering it un-useable but still alive.
I havent tested it yet but im sure you can ram a missile in the back to take out the engines. It most likely wont kill it but is should disable it. Needless to say I think we are entering a new era of KSP space combat.
