Apart from flying "backwards"? Missing runway? Or is it just the angel? O.o

Well...I guess it would have been hilarious to watch my first steps into space...^^ - go up until in space (100km because thats where space is... on earth...), turn 90°, burn - turned randomly retro or prograde...is there a difference? - tried to get somewhere near the moon orbit and wait for encounter..... - once there was a encounter, burn retro as soon as encounter begins.... - ohh, and I traveld FIRST in interplanetary space (to duna) and learned THAN how to open those fu*** solar panels....and maneuver nodes...always went with small panels and looots of batteries.... I have come a looong way...^^

Not per se a fail...but quite annoying: I wanted to expand my Mun Base. Science lab was already set up, so I build a complicated "Three-in-one" Landerstage, wich was basicly three landerprobes stacked on top of each other. One with Goo Container, one with the Science Jr. Mat. Bay, and on top Bob in his capsule comanding the whole monster. The goal was to carefully touch done the lowermost (goo) stage, decouple it, fly a couple of meters left or right, touch done again, decouple science Jr., fly a couple of meter and land Bob.... It worked out quite great...except the probes with the Science Jr./Goo did not have probe cores...and the thor landing legs on bobs lander didn't work and he tipped over -.- Soooo, I perfectly landed two pieces of space debris and a tipped lander at my Mun Base...You wont do any science today...

I always liked >BIG< things...so I build this back in 0.19.1 ^^

...but not so not advanced in kerbal rocket science. I'm playing since 0.19.0... But anyway, lets not talk but start....start with something BIG I proudly present: The first tower on the mun, the "Mun Tower" about 25m in high and the biggest thing I landed somewhere. done in 0.20 stock (no mods) happy crashing everyone =)
