  1. I don't know of any special things you get, with this particular game. It is nice to have all the updates auto download without thinking about it. I do have several friends who refuse to use steam. Honestly I think it makes very little difference.
  2. Same. Launched a test mission to Mun, got in orbit but could not get anything to work. You have to click the invisible spotwhere the UI is supposed to be in order to get the menu. (lower left) But even then it seems to be none functional.
  3. I'm downloading it for the first time, thought I'd drop you the link as well. http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/blog.php/16471-Innsewerants
  4. Maybe the solution is not to attempt to achieve a constant hover. But rather a very shallow bouncing like mode of transport. Similar to the way the Kerbel's hop along the surface of the moon, with something added for forward momentum.
  5. I'd be very interested to hear of your progress on this. If you can pull it off it would be major.
  6. Congrats to the OP on your first landing! I had my first one yesterday... well sorta. The crew compartment survived not much else. You know what they say. Any landing you walk away from. lol
  7. I think both styles could be done with excellent editing. This fits me more since I tend to be more focused and concentrated, or in deep thought when I play. But there's always the fast paced moments when I EVA a Kerbal at 40000m in the decent just because....
  8. A real shame the video is gone, I thought it was very well done. I'd like to share this video with you all, it is not my own but after debating and reading up on KSP, this was the video that made me pull the trigger and buy it. It seems its not very well known. (English is perhaps not the makers first language.) Impressive all the same.
