  2. I did it, thx to your suggestion! It worked, BUT it's not the same. It's far from ideal for piloting aircraft. No artificial horizon and way too big indicators IMO. But thx for being helpful
  3. bummer... I need that one. NavHud is way too overloaded with stuff. I got used to this handy little tool.
  4. Bad news, I just tried it in the pre-release. Even if on by default, the game doesn't recognize the mod at all. I can switch through the stock camera modes but spamming tab (for switching modded chase on/off) doesn't work either. I'm pretty sure I used it right, this is one of my must haves. I'm using this mod since Scott Manley once promoted it.
  5. Nice! So I can set ppjoy to soley take action when KSP is fired up? That´s great! That should help a lot, thx! Now all my hopes rest on Unity5. Unfortunately there´s a trend lately to completely forget about proper joystick support. Even if the game has tons of planes and choppers (GTA V, BF4...). Let´s hope the best for Unity5. Me (and the community) expects a lot from it. Have a nice day! I´m going to bed now, sleepy time...
  6. Will that ruin all the settings in other games like Elite: Dangerous? If so, can you point some dev at this problem? I´m surely not the only Space Game enthusiast with a nice little HOTAS setup. But if it´s too much hassle I guess I can only cry alone in my cold and dark room till 1.1.0 hits the scene^^
  7. Yes it does. The throttle on it´s own, too. I just happen to have to remap some bindings. But that´s pretty pointless, right?^^ A google search told me that maybe it´s because the game cuts the device names too early. They´re both pretty long and identical except for the last bit (which is cut off in the config). Maybe enlarging the max chars count for input device names will do the trick? INPUT_DEVICES { Saitek Pro Flight X-55 R. = 0 } (The 3D connexion 6DoF device that is plugged in for years runs fine all the time)
  8. Hi! I´m in need for help. I wanted to put my shiny Rhino X-55 to good use but KSP won´t let me I can map it no problem but I guess the game is confused by the fact that the X-55 is splitt into two devices (Stick and Throttle).   9. Is there a way to add the tourist missions to suborbit or orbit to the mod? That would help big time with the grinding in early career. And thx for still supporting the mod!

  11. Is there another way to download? Mediafire forces you to sign up if you don´t want to download every single file by hand.
  12. The stock game can do that. But it´s a pain to assign all the parts yourself... I really hope this mod will rise again, too.
  13. To import custom backgrounds you need to be pro member. That means either paying, or inviting 5 friends to sketchfab. The Sketchfab devs told me: Struts: Procedural parts doesn't look so "easy" to handle with the data we currently hace, we need to dig a little bit in the game data in order to find a way to process and render them correctly. In the meantime, as these parts give a very buggy effect to the models, we will simply hide them for now, but we will look at the same time for a workaround to process them correctly. State of the gear n stuff: Your second question refers to one of the things that we will probably do first. We are working on these parts in order to set them in the same state as they actually are in the game. We have the data, we just have to make it works for every animated parts. Btw, we will do an update of ksp processing soon, that will hide bottom shrouds and also fix some scale issues. Thanks, we 'll keep you in touch! Aurélien

  16. I really dig that Horten! Unfortunately there´s no workaround to fix animated parts in a certain state. I will contact the support and ask if they look into it. Struts: I make them transparent because there is no way the exporter tool could read the correct orientation and length as the game calculates them when loading the craft on the lauchpad.
  17. I´m sure you checked all the usual error sources? Mods, wrong uploader, wrong file etc...? Maybe a more precise description of what you did would help. And contacting the sketchfab support might help.
  18. The animations are two textures applied at once. You can choose which state you want by making the other one transparent. Ok, so I´ll add KAX to the compatible. I thought your gear was firespitter. Thx!

  21. There´s now a workaround. A staff from Sktechfab told me how to You can simply go and set the tranparency of the shroud texture to 100 and they´re gone!
