Double post sort of, due to getting confused by post not showing up right away.

I broke it... I put the radial HydroTech unit on a plane and brought up the Main Throttle Control and Precise Control windows. Then I lost control of the plane and crashed it. Now upon launching a new plane the Main Throttle Control and Precise Control windows will not open. (The other ones that I didn't have open when I crashed are working normally) And the log is now spamming this error: http://hastebin.com/tadaqelasi.tex Restarting fixed the windows not opening, but the error is still spammed in the console. It might have been there before the first crash as well. I just now crashed again and found that I couldn't end the flight. I suspect this is caused by hydrotech as well.
