Every time i'm doing an insertion or docking I quick save. In docking I do quick save A LOT!

Grammar would also help tremendously. Anyway, did you put wings on it? Plus the canards in the front? If you did put both of these you might consider to put more wings on the thing, since it's a cargo plane and all. After that, make sure you're actually going fast enough.

Maybe you should just make a new launcher, make one that's not so complicated and it's well strutted and then you won't see it break again. Personally I use a launcher that has 3 of those big grey fuel tanks, and a half big of those grey fuel tanks. Then I put 3 radial decouplers and only put 3 of those big grey fuel tanks. Make sure to strut them real good though.

When trying to dock my crew delivery to my space station, it started sliding all the way to the left. I though, fixed it before it could get too far away from it to dock again.

Well my orbit was already messed up to begin with. Maybe I should try to not make a space station...

I tried to dock again, I failed. This time it wasn't the whole docking thing but it was that the orbits would never cross as one was horribly inclined (I don't even) and yeah. Is there any mod that let's you have a perfect orbit?
