was trying out the missions to earn money to buy parts so i took on an easy mission to understand how they worked. i had to test an engine. nice and easy. all the requirements were checked, right altitude, right planet, right speed. it was all there. so everything was checked, there was no indication that the mission was complete or not. i just assumed i completed it so i landed and recovered the ship but when i go to mission control it says the mission isnt complete. long story short: how do i know if the mission is complete even if all the requirements are checked?

i have tried everything, when i deploy a kerbal, i cant get the jet pack to work. then they just drift into space. can anyone help me out on why i cant get these guys to move in space!?

Do you retract station solar panels before docking?

i made the mistake of destroying a space station after having my solar panels collide with a docking station. dont ask how it got so horribly out of hand. TT^TT -
yes. i am a humbug trying to cheat... but wont someone please tell me how to open the debug console? everyone says ctrl+alt+shift+D but nothing happens. do i have to enable it somehow? please tell me all possible ways to open the menu. thanks!

hello again! now i think i have found a massive flaw in my interplanetary landings and that is that most of my ships dont have any landing gear (im not a noob to the game or anything, it just never really occurred to me). so anyway i have started to use spud-legs for landing and i am wondering if they make a difference on how hard i land. do they work like shock absorbers on a bike or are they just to make ships have a better stand? thank you.

IS TOO DAMN HIGH! every planet i have attempted to land on, no matter how slow i touch the ground, all of my ships explode. what am i doing wrong? can anyone recommend any good landing manoeuvres or tips on having tall and narrow ships having a successful touch down? thanks. and one more thing, how can stuff explode at a 10 mph impact!? its ridiculous!
