oh wait, i see what you were trying to do, do the moon base idea from the pictures. that's not a bad idea, i should try this. I like that Tommy, But its a lot of hab to get to Duna in one go. I want to be able to drop one at a time, on target, and with legs that don't require huge extra structures like that. We need a place on these habs to put landing legs. the inflatable wheel idea is golden. -

So, been playing with these all weekend. As for feedback, i love the rotating section. I rotates a little fast and could use a bit more detail to finish it up but i love it. really compliments my Interstellar mod. The inflatable hab however may have some issues. I was trying to send one to Duna. I was having problems with the game freezing and or just CTD. I thought it may have been mechjeb again but when i stopped using the ships with the habs it stopped CTD and freezing. Also when you load a ship with the Hab, it makes the inflation sound. It would be cool if you had a Hab that you could easily setup for bases on Duna, but i find this one a bit hard to make anything for. Cant wait to check out the progress of this one man, keep up the good work. -
Yeah, those trusses look nice. Been building my first station using these parts. The only issue I find myself running into is the FPS hit when i have several modules on the station. Even tried to conserve part count. its not super bad, but i run a fairly beefy system, and most mods do nothing to slow my system down. I like the assortment of parts for sure. Glad to have them. Some cool IVA's would be cool and perhaps make the skin shiner? to look more like the ISS skin. Its a really cool set of parts, wish Scott would do a video with them.

So i'm not sure if its the falcon 9 mod or mechjeb, but now i can't end and go back to the space center after landing using mechjeb at KSC. At first I thought it was the crew manifest plugin so i took it out and it still happened to me last night. So love using the falcon 9 and heavy to build my large space station. Having i not able to end the flights right is gonna put a halt to my operations till i can figure out what is causing this. Anyone else experience anything like this?

having an odd issue, not sure if its mechjeb or something i have over looked. Trying to use the Falcon 9 to launch my first station part, and the torque does not seem to be working. When I or mechjeb start the gravity turn it is as if it loses torque and cannot continue to keep its orientation so it keeps rolling over. Tried it like 6 times, sometimes with kerbals onboard the hab module and others empty. I am wondering if mechjeb may be the issue. Loving the Falcon 9 !

Kerbal has really pushed me into the realm of rocket enthusiast. Space X is now the only thing i think about. I'll surely be watching their progress from now on. When i stumbled upon this thread last night i went crazy. The videos are amazing. The work you put into making it reusable, even if its not 100% how it will be, is just awesome and inspiring. I hope you have time to update this wonderful add-on that you have so obviously put so much work into already.

I just want to say this is one of my favorite mods. Not only is it well detailed and works correctly. It also inspired me to learn about these two programs more than i ever did before. And eye opener and fun times, what can be better! I hope you guys continue to do more american type add-ons.

[0.22.X] BobCat ind. Historical spacecraft thread

Ok, so got the latest version yesterday, and i did a flight to the Mun and back with the lander and orion. Two things i noticed. First, the Orion with its huge solid rocket goes to fast at low altitudes and once it separates i can't control the rocket anymore. I build my own rocket to get the orion into orbit instead. Perhaps there is a trick to getting it up? Second, the Orion second parachutes do not slow down the module. Do i need to cut the dogue shoots first?
