Hi, I'm fairly new to this game, I've built some stuff in vanilla, landed on 2 moons, made a space station and few smaller things. One day I finally decided to take a look at the user made mods/plugins and I've been amazed with how much they can expand the game. I normally like my games (at least sandboxy-type-games) crowded with stuff which i later decide to use (or not). GETTING TO THE POINT - I've tried doing that with ksp and I've needless to say encountered some trouble. With larger amount of mods the game of course becomes VERY unstable (more so than usual), it either crashes or outright refuses to get some functions to work. so THESE are the mods I downloaded in my mod-stockpiling frenzy, most/all of them I'd love to use. System: Windows 8 64-bit, 8 gigs of ram, i7-2630QM (yes it's a laptop), Nvidia gt555m 2gb; I have so far found out that removing Soviet pack at least lets the game to load (with it it stops loading half way trough, with 2.6gb ram used), i have no idea if there's stuff conflicting, if the mod is screwed up (doubt it) or if it's just a memory thing (i do have 8 gigs of ram though). So i now turn to you, ksp veterans, to help me play my modfrenzy dream of ksp. You can do so by either telling me what mods you have installed (with high number of mods to awesomeness ratio) or what mods I should remove to help get my thing to work. If all else fails someone could torrent or smth me his amazing version, but that would be a last resort (large file sizes). So yeah, the base game is amazing but I just like the variety and choice modspamming gives you. I also realize the earliness of this game build but it is just too amazing for waiting... Also let me know if I missed a giant unmmissable sticky thread somewhere adressing exactly my issue. P.S.: Recommending extra stuff is also appreciated, as long as we can get it to work. P.S.2: When the game crashes it crashes without an error message, suddenly without warning (random report). I used to also get somethingThread errors but excepting the game from Avast stopped them.
