Hello All So its been a while I played KSP... nearing a year almost in fact. I decided to get back and see what's new... So here we go my first completed challenge for that sweet badge

Challenge accepted my dear Kerbonaut lets have some fun... May the greener win - - - Updated - - - First try now lets push those boundaries in a form of competition

AAAAND After even more messing around the mighty TOWER OF POWER: 731m/s at 38sec.... And a proof it is a real plane... Please note that the RCS tanks are there as ballast weight in order to keep the planes balance...

After a bit of playing Around I proudly present you the mighty Rapid 2 Plane which reached 700 m/s at approx 54sec however it wasnt documented (slow fingers ) therefore here you go 715m/s at 55 sec... I will get back to work now but will try to make a new one tomorrow maybe even tonight...

I see a lot of exploitation oriented questions up here. Airplane in my book means a plane with a cockpit, yaw, pitch and roll control able of horizontal take-off and landing without a help of a 2nd craft and do it repeatable without the need of replacing HW just refueling. For the above mentioned I am going to assume thats how it works and start to make my entry Cheers

Hey Cyberklad, I am quite happy somebody says that I was thinking of doing the same. I am close to finish that damn career mode so can start work on the challenge itself.

Finally a challenge that inspires me and motivates to turn on KSP again... I am updating to 0.24 and starting a new career mod to try this out will post something in a few days depending on the career completion... Thanks for the challenge!!!

Hello All My name is Alooohaaa Kerban and I would like to join this fine challenge. I am presenting you my ship called simply VMC Core. I used and planning to use the following 2 mods: Mechjab2 and Infernal robotics for the reason that they have moving part such as hydraulics etc. None of these mods are cheats in my opinion (Mechjab helps a lot but it is approved by Nexus ). Bottom line is I am really looking forward to participate in this challange and enjoy Kerbal Space program together. I see I will have to change my design a bit to beat your time. Challenge accepted Sir. New plane is already airborne. Will take a bit of active piloting to beat the crazy 8 hours....

OK looks like I am nowhere close to meet the distance part of the challenge but I did pretty good with the time flown part I think. Anyway here is my first try to do a challenge in history(took me a whole day at work...): START: On the go: And seconds before crashing: Will now go and try it with higher altitude and slightly changed plane design

I just started to build the plane for this BUT I dont get how you received the distance on the leader-board. Flight result shows 9 154 650m. I am just asking ... Anyway I doubt I can beat the flight but will definitely try
