Ok thanks guys

Hi all, I want to make an educational video on orbits and host it on youtube. The map mode in KSP would be fantastic for this, but with the recent acquisition by Take 2, I was wondering if this is still allowed? Does anyone know? I couldn't find anything on it! Thanks

My first ever screenshot is from 13 August 2013, so version 0.21.1. I'd been playing about 3 months at the time, and with the help of Scott Manley's docking tutorial and a lot of practice docking, I started the assembly of my first space station. Here you can see my crew transfer vehicle attached.

What is wrong with this ship?

Thanks for the suggestions everyone, moving the engines further out did the trick. To those wondering, I power up the engines and then separate them so that they fly off. Then I drive away. Also thanks Taki117 for the advice with the decoupler, that worked a treat -
Title says it all really. I piggybacked this rover to Mun orbit. The rockets are to de orbit and land the rover, I then get rid of them when I land. for some reason though, the rockets do nothing. I can't change the orbit by even a little bit. Also worth mentioning is that when on the launchpad, the rockets have a TWR of about 4, but it won't take off either. http://i.imgur.com/mPS6Lh5.jpg' alt='mPS6Lh5.jpg'>

Hi there, this is my first challenge post so please forgive any basic mistakes. the challenge is to take off and and on Kerbin, but to try to achieve as many G's as possible in the process. Only stock parts allowed and no cheating mods that could assist with this are allowed. I'll get the ball rolling with 26.3 G's endured by the brave crew. If I can figure out how to upload an image then I will. Edit: forgot to add, Kerbals must be on board and survive the impact with Kerbin

First time attempting to send a lander to the mun, I timewarp to interception but overshoot, luckily I'm still on course for a second so I time warp to it and miss it again. Those two fly-bys give me enough energy to leave the mun SOI and also Kerbal SOI. Don't have enough fuel to slow down to two Kerbals go into a Sun centred orbit. On the second attempt to fly to the mun, I again overshoot the interception and end up on a free-return trajectory back to Kerbal. On my first attempt to EVE, I made it into EVA SOI after about 300 days and then accidentally ended the mission. On my first mission to Duna I managed to enter the SOI but Ike was strategically placed for a slingshot perpendicular to my trajectory. After trying to avoid said slingshot I ended up crashing straight into it. Since then though I have had better luck. I have flags on the mun and minmus I have full orange tankers in orbit around Kerbal thanks to a nice onion staging tutorial and I'm Currently prepping to go back to Duna
