What did I do today? I did my first ever flight, of any kind, to Eve. First an orbiting satellite, then I did some landers. It was more of a test than anything. discovered my landers ran out of energy before they landed, so I guess I'll need to throw some batteries on them the next time I try.

Yeah, I couldn't tell what was happening with my planes when they were doing that. I think it was partly wheels, but I also figured that it was partly the flaps, that they weren't all going the same direction when I placed them. There was one set of flaps - I think they went on the wings - which NEVER seemed to go the right direction no matter how I put them on (unless they were right and all the other ones were wrong). In any case, I've had about 2 successful takeoffs in about 30 tries, which is one reason I don't spend a lot of time making space planes, heh

When your alarm goes off in the morning, you look at the clock and you're like "it's not time to fire my engines yet!"

I think mine was with the 1-man pod just on top of a fuel tank with side tanks and engines below them. Actually with my first attempt, I had so much fuel left in my intermediate stage that I used it to descend, then kind of forgot to detach it, and it having no landing legs, just tipped the whole thing over XD

Hello, Uh, I'm Josh. I'm new to the forums lol. I've been playing Kerbal for probably a month now (since it's sale on Steam). I saw someone mention this game on twitter and wondered what the heck it was, investigated it on steam, thought it looked interesting, and I've been addicted ever since XD
