  1. I made this out of massless parts, decoupled it from a probe body and then activated infinite fuel. I'm surprised the Kraken didn't show up.
  2. Virtually all of my launcher vehicles are made up of mostly SRBs now. I also used planes for atmospheric part testing, but I recently switched to putting a re-usable probe with the part to be tested on top of a SRB, since it's not as boring and can do most non-orbit part tests. My interstellar probes are much more efficient now, with improvements like replacing atomic motors with much lighter 48-7S engines.
  3. I had 800k+ in career mode from doing contracts with my re-usable jet plane, with only getting to orbit once. I didn't feel like going to the Mun, so I decided to install Infernal Robotics and waste money on developing this: After having around 65k spent on replacing parts destroyed when testing earlier versions, it is possible to have it walk anywhere. If I get better at the controls, that is, as I didn't go further than a dozen meters before messing up the controls and falling over ( ).
  4. I usually use 4-8 LV-1R engines for interplanetar probes, since on my probes it gives them a similar burn time and delta-V as atomic engines. I know you can get more delta-V from 2 of them or a 1 LV-1 engine, but the burns can take hours for those designs.
  5. He's at a research base at Laythe at my career mode save, getting me loads of science. On my oldest save he's on a capsule on Eve with Bob and Bill. Meanwhile, in my "testing" save he's somewhere outside of Kerbol's SOI.
  6. I successfully landed a "base" which could hold 5 kerbals(but only had 1 on it), but it fell over because I left the SAS on when using time warp. After that I had 7 failed unmanned rescue missions, got 3 more kerbals stuck there and tried to land all of them using a lander with no parachutes (it was supposed to be a Apollo-style mission).
  7. Not true. The user below me spent a total of over $150 on games.
  8. True. The person below me is good at landing fragile spaceplanes.
  9. I had Danger Kerman once. I sent him to try to land on Jool.
  10. Floor 393: Jeb is buzzing the building with an Eeloo rocket.
  11. 424. If a rocket explodes, we launch (and crash) it again to see where to put more struts.
  12. "Those weren't failed rescue missions, we were just putting more people to the moon."
  13. Land on Eeloo with a manned lander, polar orbit, no mechjeb and no nuclear engines (cost limit of 70,000 for platinum). I'll try to do it.
  14. I send them to Eve or Duna incase I decide to test new spacecraft missiles.
  15. I landed successfuly, but left the SAS on and used time warp. The landed fell over. I sent 6 unmanned rescue ships (which failed) and 2 manned ships, one which got more people stuck and the other one crashed into kerbin.
