  1. Those two points are always the most efficient, yes. You CAN change your orbit from any point, but you will use more fuel to accomplish the same change. However, if your orbit is sufficiently close to perfectly circular and is also centered on the body you are orbiting, pretty much any point on the circle will be the same.
  2. I didn't think it would be a problem once they were docked. I was afraid that the clamps on the non-commanded module's docking clamps would not activate when I tried to attach the command module to it.
  3. Hey guys, I have a quick question about station building... when I am putting my parts in orbit, does the first module I lift and release have to have the command module for the station on it? Or can I, for instance, take my power module up first with no command module after I detach it then dock the living section which will have the command pod to that? Or will the docking clamps not function at all on the uncontrolled module if it doesn't have command of some kind?
  4. Ah, so it's something that you would have to do then, not something I could just add in myself? I was kind of afraid of that, from my quick look at the parts.cfg format it looks like resource consumption has to be coded into the module class before it can be added to the .cfg. That sound about right?
  5. First off, great mod! I'm loving the things you can do with freely mountable rotation points. I was wondering, is it possible to edit the part.cfg files to make your parts (and possibly things like Dromoman's robotic arm parts that also use this .dll) consume electricity when being moved?
