I hate to be an ass
I sense this is not the truth...
At least you're honest about cheating. One could also hyperedit into space and burn an escape trajectory, but where's the fun in that?

I present! The Mun Skyscraper!
It houses 66 Kerbals. It is fully selfsustainable.
Bonus, launched, flown to Mun and landed by hand. Satisfying

I win! Can I get a cookie?
No cookie and please fix your screenshots
I did however manage to check them and you move into 1st place with 44 seconds! Well done.

Bad news! Jeb's girlfriend Jessica cheated on him Now Jeb wants to get off Kerbin - FAST! Your job is to help him.
Jeb doesn't care where he goes. He just wants to escape Kerbin's gravity one last time.
Objective
Build a 1 man rocket and escape Kerbin as quickly as possible.
Scoring
Fastest time to achieving Kerbin escape trajectory. Lower is better.
One does not need to wait for escaping Kerbin's influence, just achieve a trajectory which will eventually bring Jeb away from Jessica.
Rules
- Ship must be manned by Jeb only
- No mods - Stock parts only
- No infini-glide
- No spamming de-couplers
- No dumping/burning fuel on the launch pad. Jeb thinks it's a waste of time.
Successful posts must include
- Screenshot on launchpad / airstrip
- Screenshot from orbit map showing Kerbin escape trajectory (blue line with small arrow at end) and time from launch
Suggestions and considerations
When you are about to achieve Kerbin escape trajectory, switch to orbit map, zoom out and spam your screenshot key (F1). Consider what time of day is best for escaping Kerbin influence. Consider what launch trajectory is most effective.

My own entry:
Escape time = 60 seconds exactly.
The SS Jessica ready to launch

I gave it a shot.
14 escape boosters and 3 tiny correctional boosters for Kerbin re-entry.
We're off!
Speed and inclination looking good.
So far so good.
Damnit!.. Well I have my 3 correctional boosters.. Hmm...
CORRECTIOOOON!!
Hmm...
Only a few million kilometers past.
Mun left, Kerbol middle, Kerbin right. Jebediah looks so thrilled.
Jebediah's new unfortunate eternal home...
I'm sure it's possible to get to Mun and back but it's really effing difficult.

I gave it a shot.
14 boosters for Kerbin escape and 3 small boosters for adjustment for re-entry.
And we're off!
Speed and inclination looking better than expected
So far so good. Time to check our path...
Damnit... Well I still have 3 small boosters...
FIRE!!!
Well that didn't help at all :S
Zooming past at a distance of a few million kilometers.
My three bodies in one silhouette shot. Mun left, Kerbol middle and Kerbin right. Jebediah looks thrilled!
Jebediah's unfortunate eternal home...
I'm certain getting to the moon is possible with solids, but it's surely not easy.

Practicing my docking skills.
Going to fill up the interstellar tanker.
Almost there :S
Success!
Spy Satellite Intercept Challenge!

The problem with this challenge is that it gives too many points for careful planning and execution... Ain't no Kerbal got time for that!
Meet Weapon X! Orbiting Kerbin, ready to take out any and all enemies of the Kerbal government. It has been redirected to deal with the enemy spy satellite!
Taking aim...
FIRE!!!
Bulls eye!
Rest in pieces.
Thank you for this challenge, it was a lot of fun. When I read the challenge, I was actually building an entry for the space prison that allows mods and was working on forced jettison of prisoner pods using the parts used for missiles here. I instantly knew I needed to make weapon X, regardless of disqualifying myself with mods
