  1. I made a ship with the space dock, the large warehouse and got it into space. Next I made a ship with 50 parts. when I went to launch the ship, it says I need 25. When I go to build it in space, it fails, saying lack of parts.... fun. So I use hyperEdit and cheats for parts. I got back to my second ship and it takes 10005 parts. I'm fine with it taking that much but why does it say 25?
  2. I'm not very good with modding. mostly I just use text editors. So I will get back to that. Is there something that will tell me how far away the ground is in water? can we make one? For your notes, as far as I can tell SQUID parts works in 21.1.
  3. A quick question, is there anyway to remove the part that would make me implode?
  4. I was wondering if you could work with procedural fairing to make a fairing that would fit these parts. Right now I'm using the 2x1 counter weight, I changed the size to be 4x2(cuz that's the size I need it for) removed the weight and added the fairing module. Problems I'm running into is that the fairing starts from the center cutting off the sides and going with whatever it feels like. Second problem(which you could help me with) is adding the nodes on the sides. Other then that. I love this mod. I can make rovers that move, yay!
  5. I would love for this to be a wiki. I have been following this from the first post and I love it, but at time it can be hard to process the information in game. As you also have a whole system on how things work and rules set up, it would be nice. And a logic map, with pictures....
  6. What would be cool would be to remove the kerbs buoyancy completely. then add a deploying balloon, that we could use to get back to the top. We could use VNG parachute plugin idea to have a balloon instead of a parachute. As your balloons could work both ways from making us float to stopping us crashing into the ground...
  7. This is the newest version as far as I can tell. Right now.... all I do is use ORDA to pick the docking port I'm docking with, and then use MechJeb. Works for me.... I copied the 'saves' folder and moved it to the main folder, merging with the other 'saves' folder

  11. Sweet Subs. Soon the sea will be mine...... Anyway the balloons could be use to get me into space, or at least stop me from moving as I'm in the air? I'm also keep try to make the balloons and launch pad smaller using 'rescaleFactor =' and it doesn't seem to be working, I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong. And I'm wondering if the SQUID Paramagnetic System works in .21? and if I could get some type of working way to give it to my kerbals when EVA. Think anti-gravity boots. Seeker
  12. I have to tend to agree. I hate docking, and can never get them to line up. I even tried when ORDA would teleport me right to the docking port and I still ended up missing, ram my station and blowing everything up. MechJeb over use of fuel lead me to make a ION version. To be honest I can't play the game without MechJeb, from getting into orbit, planet transfers, to landing. I just fail at doing. I'm still learning though and i do try without it now and again.
  13. I noticed in my chain of satellites around the sun, each has a transmitter, receiver, and three panels produce about 30k; That I'm sending off that power. I just wonder where is it going.
  14. So this is my first post. I decided to try out this mod. I haven't gotten really to the warping yet, more the Space Solar transfer. Here we have 9 sat around the sun. All with transmitters, to hold my power needs...... (insert evil laugh here) P.S. I haven't ever added pictures to a forum post before so lets hope it works....
