What ever guys... i could go on with this but wont take us anywhere.. our language is a poor construct anyway. Sun set.. sun rise.. yeah planet spinning around. The oceans exist because there's enough water on earth, we sail on the round ocean around earth just like we sail around the fabric of space-time distorted around our planet because of its mass. Just because we are out of earths atmosphere doesn't mean we are not on earth. I was just thinking in joke mode, but Squad is super serious nowadays asking serious question for serious contests for a serious realistic simulation game.

Had the same feeling with a class B asteroid.. but i was able to mine like 600 ore. Barely enough to fill the Rockomax X200-32 Fuel Tank.

Yeah right they just pay taxes on Earth but they live on ISS. Also Jack Sparrow lived on the Black Pearl not on planet Terra Firma, and it's el Captain for us not just Jacky.
-
LOL you still need a planet to orbit you know. If say mars was more earth like and we moved to live on mars orbit and to depend on mars resources, you would say we were living on which planet?
-
You live there on both ISS and Hawaii but like i said it's still good old earth, like the case of caravels. So yeah 100% of humans always live and lived on earth.
-
LOL and i thought the contest question was a joke. Really, ISS? Technically it's still on good old earth, sorry to be a pain but they dont live in ISS, they live on Earth too and they depend on Earth resources 100%. I was thinking more like permanent basis Really saying the astronauts live in the ISS and not in Earth is the same as saying 500 years ago that the sea explorers lived in the caravels 200km off the coast but not on Earth. Man alright ill shut up now.

Kind similar to the bug i reported earlier which was tied to the animation. http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/117693-BUG-You-can-do-science-twice-with-goo-container-or-science-jr This one works like this. Have a thermometer and a communotron 16. 1. Log temperature 2. Transmit 3. Log temperature 4. While the antena is retracting from the first transmission (2.), transmit the second record (3.). The first temperature is then transmited but the second vanishes. So anything you transmit while antenas are retracting vanishes most probably.

Fixed my problem. It turns out my settings.cfg (which was generated by the game long time ago) was outdated especially where it has some terrain parameters. So just letting the game generating a new settings.cfg fixed. It kind of also fixed some explody behaviour with the small landing gears. It seems it also fixed the extretchy texture syndrome i was having in the mun.

is that your desktop resolution? you could try to switch to another resolution or fullscreen false in the settings.cfg in ksp main folder. look for something like this but put something your gpu supports. SCREEN_RESOLUTION_WIDTH = 1920 SCREEN_RESOLUTION_HEIGHT = 1080 FULLSCREEN = True Also make sure the ksp window is focused, do not switch to something else while it loads.

It works like this. 1. Use the experiment. 2. Keep Data 3. Reset experiment using the first/part menu (where review data is) 4. For a brief moment you can click review data (do both 3. and 4. at nearly same time) 5. Transmit experiment 6. You can now use the experiment again, but this time you must transmit immediately. Actually you might be able to keep data and transmit it later but you cannot reset it again. Im on hard career.

OpenGL Mode Doesn't Work
Beduino replied to Brenchen's topic in KSP1 Technical Support (PC, unmodded installs)
try with both -force-opengl -popupwindow -
is this career or sandbox? if it's career and it's first time playing try to go for the first tab in the menu (pods), because im not sure there is something under the wings section. If it's sandbox try to verify cache in steam or reinstall the game if not using steam, if all else fails you will need to post some logs.

Goo Canisters, to infinity and beyond

I think i saw a variation of this bug after switching to debris when one of my rockets exploded. Also there was at least one stream in ksptv where the rocket crashed in kerbin and some debris went flying in scape velocity out of kerbin soi. So yeah big bugs!
