  1. Put the boosters on in pairs (2x symmetry). Then you can put the fuel lines on in pairs as well.
  2. They're both wrong. Put a parachute on it and call it a drop tank.
  3. Came out of my Lurk-Mode cave for this idea and subsequent suggestions. I like career mode, but would LOVE to see something like this. It would be a great way to tie everything together and make you feel like you're really managing missions and goals and really making history. One of you three need to take this to the Suggestions forum!
  4. So I usually don't have any problems docking, but recently I've experienced a problem twice that doesn't make any sense to me. I'll get close to the target, then as I approach I line up retrograde (navball is in "Target" mode, confirmed over and over) and burn to decrease relative velocity. Relative velocity drops to zero, and the target flies away at a speed that must be over 100 m/s. I bring the nose around, point directly at the target and burn like crazy to catch up, then again turn to retrograde and burn to slow . . . and the target flies away again. Back and forth, back and forth, I get relative velocity to 0 and the target is definitely not stopped in place relative to my ship. I've tried "control from here" from various points on the ship and tried unsetting the target and setting it again. Nothing seems to work. Any ideas?
